This. Article. Stinks: Roasting the Daily Mail FAIL

An Episode To Advocate For & Comfort Our Community

If you were upset by the recent Daily Mail article about Spoonies on TikTok (no, we won't bother linking the article in question), check out this episode for some relief. Sometimes, there's nothing better than a good (and productive!) roast with friends.

If you have a chronic and/or invisible illness or disability, whether or not you choose to share your experience online, we believe you. You're not alone.

While we don't think this particular Daily Mail article is worth anyone’s time or spoons, we know pieces like it can have real-world implications that hurt people in our community—particularly young people. That’s why we take the time to speak out, adding our voices and platform to speak truth and reason in place of misinformation about chronic/invisible illness and disability.

So if you need some help communicating where this article goes wrong, definitely check out this episode.

This episode features Grace Shults, Jennifer Hoffmann, and Jesse Ruben from Generation Lyme.
